Jane Boyce MW is Northern Ireland’s only resident Master of Wine and acts as a consultant to Ross’s. Jane is an independent wine consultant and freelance wine writer.

She has almost thirty years experience in the wine trade; from buying to selling, shipping to marketing and the valuation of cellars. She has worked with several importers in London and Northern Ireland including James Nicholson and Gilbeys. Jane has travelled widely with her work and has judged in many international competitions. She speaks fluent French and can converse in German, Spanish and Russian. Her breadth of knowledge and experience is invaluable to both buyers and sellers of Fine Wine at Ross's.
